In line with the latest philosophy in ensuring competency of personnel within the asbestos removal industry, as set out within regulation 10 of CAR 2012, we issue our clients with a Training Needs Analysis form for all operatives we supply. To be completed by the Hirers site supervisors or site management teams.
We have adopted a very simple, effective and easy to use format. Personnel are given scores from 1 to 5 for each discipline; 1 is poor, 2 is non compliant and shows that further instruction is required, 3 is competent, 4 is the target score we expect from our personnel and 5 is excellent.
Any gaps in training highlighted by the Training Needs Analysis are immediately addressed by site based tool box talks, on site mentoring from more experienced personnel or if necessary, specific training from our external training provider.
Availability of operatives allowing, we have the capacity to match your requirements on a project to the skill sets of the operatives we supply to that particular job.
